ZUCCHINI PIZZA CRUST I

3 1/2 cups grated zucchini
3 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup sharp cheddar
1 tbsp fresh basil
1/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pat out the mixture as thinly as possible on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake in a 325°F-160°Coven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush top with oil, add toppings, and broil for 5 minutes.
