1 lb ground beef -- 500gr
1 jar pasta sauce -- Classico Spicy Red P
4 med zucchini
4 tbsp olive oil
1 cl minced garlic
Shredded parmesan cheese -- (to taste)
Salt/pepper/whatever spice to taste
Brown ground beef thoroughly. Add pasta sauce and simmer. Wash zucchini and Shred. Heat skillet and add spices and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes. Add shredded zucchini and sauté for approx. 5 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and stir. Serve the pasta sauce/hamburger combination over the zucchini - YUMMY!
