1/2 lb ground beef, lean -- 250gr
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp dried oregano
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 dash garlic -- instant minced
1 dash pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 med onion -- chopped
1/2 sm green pepper -- chopped
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese -- 250gr shredded

Cook and stir hamburger until light brown; drain. Prepare LC Pizza Dough. Mix tomato sauce, oregano, salt, garlic, and pepper.
Spread LC dough onto large pizza pan.Spread sauce over circles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, hamburger, onion, green pepper and mozzarella cheese. Cook in 425°F-220°C oven until cheese is light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Combination Pizza: Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms and 1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives, 1 cup epperoni, and/or 1/2 lb. Italian sausage (decrease salt in sauce to 1/4 teaspoon) before adding mozzarella cheese.
