PIZZA CRUST W/BRAN

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

4 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
herbs to taste
1/4 cup bran

Place all ingredients into a large bowl and beat until well mixed
Spray non stick frypan with pam spray and heat pan over medium flame. Ladle mix into pan (enough to cover bottom - thin layer as possible)
Cook until browned on one side then flip over - like a pancake and cook other side.
remove to a plate to cool (or can use immediately)
I like to cook the whole batch and put in fridge or freezer for later.

place one pizza pie onto the plate you wish to cook it on (can go in oven or microwave)
place your favourite low carb tomato paste/topping on layer with your favourite meats cheese capsicum mushrooms etc. and finish top with layer of cheese. Place in oven until cheese is
melted through.
