2 scoops soy concentrate -- soy isolate
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp pesto sauce
1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp water
1 dash garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375°F-190°C. Mix all ingredients and form into ball; press down onto greased cookie sheet until its about 6 inches 150mm in diameter. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy but not brown. Top and return to oven.
