Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup soy flour -- soy protein isolate
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup water -- (3/4 to 1)

Mix together dry ingredients. Add enough water to make a nice, non-sticky dough. Pat out into a well greased 9" 230mm pie pan. Bake about 10 minutes at 350°F-180°C while preparing toppings. Top as you like. Bake for about 20 minutes more or until cheese is golden brown.
