2 Cups Debittered Soy Flour
2 tbsp Soy Fibre Flour
4 eggs -- 61g
3 tbsp Olive Oil
Whisk together eggs and olive oil. Pour into a well of the dry ingredients and gradually work the flour into the mixture. Knead the dough between 2 floured sheets of plastic wrap until 2-3mm thick. Cut pasta to size and cook in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2-5 minutes. Fresh herbs, thick vegetable purees or poppy seeds may be added to the dough.
