1/2 cup soy protein Isolate
2 tbsp gluten, wheat
1 tbsp soy flour
1 dash salt
1 egg
2 tbsp water

Mix first four ingredients in a bowl. In separate bowl, slightly beat egg and water. Put dry ingredients in pasta machine, and add water mixture, mix till pea size balls (may need to add more flour). This recipe can also be rolled out and cut into very thin strips for fettuccini, or pinch off into little pieces (for spaetzel). Run through pasta machine, and dry. ENJOY.
