MEATZA PIZZA CRUST

2 lb ground beef -- 1kg or turkey
1 beaten egg
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup pork rind crumbs -- or 1/3 cup ground
nuts
salt -- (to taste)
pepper -- (to taste)
Combine all ingredients. Press into a 9 or 10-inch 250mm pan and up the sides a bit. (A quiche pan is perfect for this.)
Bake in a 300°F-150°Coven for 20 minutes. If still soft, continue baking, checking the crust every 5 minutes, until it is crisp.
Top with cheeses and your choice of toppings, return to the oven, and cook until bubbly.
