2/3 cup soy protein isolate
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup water -- (1/2 to 2/3)
(depending upon your brand
protein powder and the humidity

Sift the dry ingredients together. Add water until you have a nice, non-sticky ball of dough. Pat the dough out onto a well-greased 9-inch 230mm pie plate. Pat the sides up a bit to keep the toppings contained.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for about 10 minutes while you are preparing your toppings. Top baked crust as desired and bake 20-25 minutes more or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
