2 slices american cheese -- processed cheese
1 tsp pizza sauce
1 slice olive
1 tsp bell pepper -- diced

Lay a slice of cheese on non stick baking paper. Place sauce and other ingredients on top. Place another slice over the top. Press edges together. Microwave for 3-5 minutes. When it's cool eat like a pizza pocket. Experiment with your own fillings
