Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

MEAT SAUCE
500 g ground sirloin -- 1lb or any cut
250 g Mushrooms -- 4oz Sliced
200 g Bacon -- 7oz grill & slice
1 Can chopped tomatoes
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp pesto sauce
Seasoning
grated parmesan cheese to thicken
CHEESE SAUCE, packet
100 ml whipping cream -- 4oz
1 tsp Parmesan cheese
15 g butter -- 1/2oz
1 dash water
PASTA SHEET
1 large egg -- beat well
2 tsp parmesan cheese
2 tsp ground almonds
salt and pepper

MEAT SAUCE
Brown ground beef in fry pan.
Drain any surplus fat
Add other ingredients and bring to boil.
Turn to simmer and add parmessan cheese until right thickness.
Turn of heat.
CHEESE SAUCE
Add all ingredients to microwave bowl and mix well.
Microwave approx 2 mins, stir in a small hand of chedder cheese. Voila!
PASTA SHEET
Mix ingredients and make thin "Crepes" cook until quite rubbery.
Then just assemble as you would a normal lasagne, top with cheese and bake!!
