LASAGNA WITHOUT THE NOODLES

1/2 lb ricotta cheese -- 250g no sugar
3 meat balls
2 tbsp spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to tatse

Fold meat into Ricotta Cheese and top with Spaghetti Sauce, heat in microwave for 1 minute just to warm, sprinkle top with Parmesan Cheese, salt and pepper. This is just as satisfying as lasagna with the noodles but much better for you.
