1/2 cup parmesan cheese
or 1/2 cup crushed pork rinds or 1/2 cup
unflavored whey protein powder
1 egg -- beaten
2 lb ground beef -- 1kg
Mix all ingredients together and pat out as thinly as possible on a baking sheet that has a "lip." Bake at 350°F-180°C until meat is thoroughly cooked and crisp, about 20 minutes. Drain grease from meat before adding toppings.
