1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup soy powder
1 egg -- beaten
2 tbsp heavy cream
Mix soy powder with egg and cream, stir in cheese. It will be very thick, but you can thin it out a little with more cream or water. Spread (mush flat in the pan) by hand in a pie plate or equivalent size pan.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for about 20 minutes. Take out, cool slightly and add pizza toppings. Reheat until melted.
