FLUFFY BREAD ROLLS & NEARLY LASAGNE

3 eggs -- separated
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
3 tbsp cottage cheese
2 tbsp splenda

Set over temp 300°F-150°C. Separate eggs. Add cream of tarter to egg whites and beat until stiff. Whisk egg yolks, cottage cheese, butter flavoring,and sweet and low together. Carefully fold 1/4 of the mixture at a time into the egg whites. Measure out 1 tablespoon at a time onto cookie sheet sprayed with non stick spray until you have 6 then carefully place 1 tablespoon on top one another. Bake 45 min to 1 hour until golden brown.

Take 1 scrambled egg along with a piece of cheese and put between 2 of the breads and microwave until cheese is melted.
Put a sausage and piece of cheese between two and microwave.
Put thinly sliced ham or turkey and cheese and microwave.

Lasagne noodles. Try doubling the recipe, spreading into 2 separate greased pyrex baking dishes. Bake until set. On top of one spread your sauce, Meats, and cheeses. Loosen 2nd "Noodle" and place on top of the stack. Add more sauce, Meats, and cheeses. Return to oven just to melt the cheese. It's suprisingly good!
