BRAN BREAD/PIZZA BASE

Dry Mix
1 1/2 cups unprocessed Bran -- (Bulk from Fresh
Fields)
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup soy protein Isolate -- soya powder
1/2 tsp splenda
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
3 tsp Xanthan Gum -- (Fresh Fields)
Wet Mix
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp vinegar -- or lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C. Spray oil on a round nonstick PIZZA PAN (or, if you have, a square nonstick pan that you'll be able to spread-in the mix evenly and thin). Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix water and vinegar/lemon juice.
Add liquids to dry ingredients, mix well, till all is well gathered. Put the mix on the pan: using a spatula spread it evenly. Bake for 20 minutes. Take out, and using a pizza cutting roller - cut it into portions. I make 10 portions out of it (some are square, some e are not >:)
