BARBARA'S FAST & YUMMY TOFU LASAGNA

16 oz firm tofu -- 500gr
extra firm would probably be better)
1 lb ground sirloin -- 500gr
1/2 jar pasta sauce -- Roasted Garlic
1 cup ricotta Cheese
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Slice tofu VERY THIN. Place on between several layers of paper towels and press gently to remove as much moisture as possible.
Brown sirloin over medium heat until thoroughly cooked. Stir in pasta sauce.
Mix Ricotta Cheese and Parmesan Cheese together.
Layer square a slightly oiled (I used canola) casserole dish with one layer of tofu slices. Spread one half of parmesan/ricotta mixture over tofu. Spread half meat/sauce mixture over cheese. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat for another layer. Top with more mozzarella cheese if desired.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for approximately 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for at least 10 minutes. Serve warm.
