1/3 cup atkins bake mix -- (or protein powder)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp cream
1/4 cup cold water

My whole family will eat this and not complain at all.!!
Mix all and spread on parchment paper bake at 400°F-200°C about 20 minutes. spread thinned tomato paste with spices(garlic onion and oregano) and top as you like.
