SKILLET BBQ PORK CHOPS

8 pork chops -- 1/2 inch 12mm thick
1 tbsp salad oil
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 tsp molasses
4 tsp splenda -- or brown splenda sub

Brown chops slowly in hot oil on both sides, drain. Combine 1/2 cup water with next 3 ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and simmer 30 minutes; turn chops over and cook 30 minutes longer.
