PORK WITH ORANGE-MUSTARD SAUCE

6 large pork chops -- cutlets
or 2lbs - 1kg pork loin roast -- slice or cube
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 tbsp oil
1/3 cup sugar free orange syrup
or condensed orange juice
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Ground pepper

In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides.
Place pork in crockpot and sprinkle with the green onions.
Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the pork.
Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
