1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
4 lb pork spareribs -- 2 kg
cut apart into single ribs
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over spareribs. Cover and marinade in refrigerator overnight or at least 12 hours. Turn ribs in sauce several times while marinating. Remove spareribs from marinade and place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F-180°C 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until ribs are tender and browned. Baste every 15 minutes with reserved marinade.
