BEEF AND HAM ROLL

1 lb minced beef -- 454gr
1/2 lb minced ham -- 225gr
4 oz pork rinds crushed -- 125gr
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 can tomatoes -- (14 oz) 400gr
drained and chopped
Mix together the beef, ham, pork rinds and Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper. Shape into a roll and place in a greased loaf tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C/350F/gas mark 4 for 40 minutes.
Pour over the tomatoes and bake for a further 15 minutes until the meat is cooked and the tomatoes are hot. Serve with mock potatoes and
a green vegetable.
