BBQ SAGE & ONION PORK CHOPS

4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp sage
1 tbsp onion flakes
1 pinch pepper
8 lg pork chops
Flatten pork chops. Combine oil, vinegar, sage, onions and pepper in ziplock bag. Shake well to mix Add pork chops and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning two or three times.
Remove chops and drain. Cook over hot BBQ, Coals or under grill. 2-3 minutes a side.
