BARBECUED PORK RIBS

4 lb pork ribs -- 2kg
1/4 cup barbecue seasoning -- (purchased)
Barbecue sauce -- (purchased)

Rub ribs on all surfaces with barbecue seasoning.
Place ribs in shallow pan.
Cover with foil and bake at 300°F-150°C for 2 hours.
Finish on grill or under broiler by turning and basting ribs with barbecue sauce for 12-15 minutes.
