1/2 onion
6 strips bacon
1 pinch salt and pepper
1 dash red wine vinegar

DicSaute some chopped onion in bacon fat until tender. Add red vinegar and return the bacon pieces to the pan. Toss it all together and serve warm. Add Salt and Pepper if desired. May be eaten alone or as aside dish with blanched vegetables.
