AVOCADO WITH BACON ON LC BREAD

185 g bacon -- sliced fat trimmed
1 avocado
1 tsp lemon juice
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
freshly ground black pepper
pumpernickel bread
mustard cress
Grill the bacon until crisp and then drain on absorbent paper. Place in a bowl and crumble. Cut avocado in half, remove stone and peel, then chop flesh. In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper..
Mix the avocado with the sauce turning carefully to coat evenly. Spoon the mixture onto slices of toasted low carb bread. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve at once garnished with mustard cress.
