4 lg America's cut pork chops -- 1-1/2 inch thick
2 cups dry white wine -- or distilled vinegar
1/2 cup green onions -- sliced
1/4 cup fresh ginger -- minced or 1 tbsp
dry ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 cl garlic -- minced
Combine all ingredients in a sealable bag. Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 2-24 hours. Prepare grill. Remove pork from marinade. Discard marinade. Grill chops over indirect heat in covered grill 8 minutes. Turn and grill another 6-7 minutes until chops are cooked throughout.
