TOMATO LAMB

Recipe By :Tony Blakemore adapted from Everyday Italian Cooking 1973

2 lb lean lamb -- 1kg
3 tbsp oil
1 large carrot -- chopped
2 tbsp soy protein Isolate
1 can tomato soup -- (16 oz) 500g
1 beef bouillon
flour
1 large onions -- chopped
1 red pepper -- capsicum
2 tsp paprika
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Cut the lamb into cubes and toss in seasoned flour.
Fry in oil until brown, remove and place in casserole.
Fry the onions until golden and add to meat.
Crumble the beef stock cube into the water
Place all ingredients into the casserole and bake in a moderate oven for about 1 hour.
