TANDOORI LAMB CUTLETS

200 g yogurt -- 7oz
2 cl minced garlic
1 lg onion -- chopped
2 tbsp grated ginger root
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
8 lamb cutlets
Blend or process all the ingredients, except the chops, until pureed.
Pour marinade over cutlets and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
This makes enough marinade for 12 cutlets. Refrigerate what you don’t use.
Grill cutlets until cooked to your liking.
