3 cl minced Garlic
2 Lemon
2 tbsp Oregano
salt and pepper

Wipe the meat with a damp clothand put it in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add remaining ingedients, cover and cook slowly for about 1 1/2 hours or until the meat is tender.
