MOROCCAN LAMB TAJINE

500 g lamb -- 1lb cubed
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 onion -- sliced
1 cup beef stock
1/4 tsp molasses -- to taste
1 tbsp splenda
200 g pumpkin -- 7oz cubed
2 tbsp raisins -- coarsely chopped

Sprinkle lamb with cinnamon and place into a saucepan or casserole dish. Add onion, pour over stock and honey Cover and simmer gently for 40 minutes, until lamb is tender.
Add pumpkin and raisins, cook until tendcr. Remove lid if sauce needs reducing. If desired, thicken sauce with a little corn flour mixed with water.
