LIME-MARINATED PORK CHOPS

4 pork chops
1 tbsp butter
salt -- pepper
***MARINADE***
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp lime juice -- freshly squeezed
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp thyme -- or 1 tsp dried
***DECORATION***
1 lime -- sliced

Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Put the pork chops in a suitable dish and pour over the marinade. Let them marinate for about 2 hours in room temperature or for up to 8 hours in the fridge.
Melt the butterin a frying pan and brown the pork chops on both sides until colored enough. Pour over some of the marinade and flavor the chops with salt and pepper. Cover and let fry on rather low heat for about 25 minutes or until done. Decorate with sliced lime and serve.
You can substitute the lime juice with lemon juice. Enjoy!
