LAMB CHOPS IN PEACH MARINADE

1 kg lamb chops -- 2lb
1 tbsp peach nectar
2 tbsp splenda
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 sm onion -- chopped finely
1 cl minced garlic
1/4 tsp ginger
peach halves
Trim any fat from the chops.
Combine peach nectar, splenda, lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, onion,garlic and ginger.
Add chops and turn to coat. Leave for at least four hours or preferably overnight, turning once or twice.
Grill the chops, brushing with the marinade throughout the cooking.
