2 cl garlic -- mashed
4 tbsp Olive Oil
4 sage -- leaves removed
1 Lemon
4 pork chops
salt and pepper

Mix the first 4 ingredients and pour mixture over the chops. Leave for 1 or 2 hours and grill until golden brown, turning once or twice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
