GRILLED MARINATED LAMB CHOPS

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dry white wine
3 cl garlic -- minced
salt and pepper -- to taste
1 lb lamb chops -- 500g 3/4" - 18mm thi

Simple and scrumptious, these lamb chops burst with the zesty flavor of the marinade, which also gives them a wonderful glazelike crust.
Preheat the griller. Whisk together the oil, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, wine, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the lamb chops and let them marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 1 5 minutes or up to 1 hour. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and pat dry. Grill the lamb chops for 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Serve immediately.s 2
