FRUITY LAMB CHOPS

2 tbsp butter
6 lamb chops -- fore quarter
1 tbsp vegemite® yeast extract spread
1/4 cup chutney -- fruity
1/2 cup water
1. Melt butter and brown chops on both sides place chops in a buttered ovenproof dish.
2. Drain off excess fat in pan and add, vegemite,chutney and water. Stir constantly and allow to heat through. Pour mixture over chops and bake in a preheated moderate oven 350°F-180°Cfor 30-35 minutes or until meat is tender.
Serve with vegetables.
