1 can Beefy Mushroom soup
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked roast beef
2 eggs, hard-boiled
Basil Thyme, Salt & Pepper, to taste
Mix soup and cream, heat and stir on low. Add all other ingredients. Preheat oven to 400°F-200°C .
Spread hash in large baking dish and cover with fresh hot fauxtatoes.
Coat with melted butter. Bake until fauxtatoes are browned.
