SAUSAGE CASSEROLE FOR TWO

1/4 lb sharp Cheddar cheese -- 125gr
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 lb sausage -- 454gr cook, crumb
and drained
5 eggs -- beaten

Cut cheese in slices and cover the bottom of an 8-inch square pan with half of the cheese. In a small mixing bowl, stir together mustard, paprika, salt and sour cream. Spread mixture over cheese. Spread sausage evenly over sour cream mixture. Pour eggs evenly over top. Grate remaining cheese and sprinkle over top. If using a glass dish, bake at 325°F-160°C for 30 minutes, or until set. If using a metal dish, bake at 350°F-180°C for 30 minutes or until set.
