INDIAN RED CURRY

1 lb beef stew -- 500gr
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp curry paste -- or powder
1 dash cinnamon -- cardamom and pepper
1 cup canned coconut milk
1/2 cup red pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 garlic clove

Brown meat and garlic in butter, then add spices and stir fry few minutes. Add red pepper and coconut milk. Reduce heat and simmer til done (2-3 hours, add water if necessary.)
