4 lb rump roast -- 2kg
2 tsp Italian salad dressing mix
1 cup water
2 tsp au jus gravy mix
2 tsp Italian seasoning
6 Pepperoncini peppers -- (optional)
Mix together water, gravy mix, dressing, and Italian seasoning. Pour over roast in crock-pot. Add peppers if desired. Cook on LOW about 6 hrs. Break up roast and cook 2 more hours. Serve as "sandwiches" on mountain bread wraps, lo-carb tortillas, or lettuce leaves.
