1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup fresh sweet basil -- chopped
4 cloves fresh garlic -- chopped
1/4 cup Italian parsley -- chopped
3 tbsp fresh mint -- chopped
salt and pepper -- to taste
Combine marinade ingredients. Let meat marinate in refrigerator for three days. Skewer; grill over hot coals.
