1 med onion -- sliced thinly
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb beef liver, R-T-C -- 250g
cut into 1/2" 13mm strips

In a skillet, saute the onion in the butter til golden brown.
Add the liver and saute til red disappears from liver.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer til liver is tender.
