TANDOORI MARINADE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp salt
2 garlic clove -- minced
1 tsp ginger -- minced
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 dash cinnamon
1 pinch ground cloves
Mix all ingredients making sure that all the spices are well blended. Marinade your meat of choice in the sauce for several hours. Use leftover sauce for basting the meat while it is grilling. The more sauce, the better (I think). You might also want to try this on vegetables.
