2 tbsp butter -- or margarine
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1 dash ground cloves
1 dash ground nutmeg
1 tbsp splenda
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in all ingredients EXCEPT splenda. Remove from heat and then add splenda. Cool and rub onto meat.
