1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp onion -- chopped
2 tbsp parsley -- chopped
1 tsp tarragon -- crushed
1/2 tsp chervil
1/4 tsp basil
Combine all ingredients. Chill for at least 2 hours. Marinate Prawns, Fish, Crab, Yabbies for at least 4 hours. Best overnight.
