3 tbsp ground white pepper -- finely
3 tbsp pink peppercorns -- finely ground
4 tsp cayenne pepper -- ground

Combine all ingredients and store in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dark place. Use within 3 months. Dampen meat/fish and rub well in just prior to use.
