9 tbsp parsley sprigs -- crushed
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients and store in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dark place. Use within 3 months.
Dampen meat/fish and rub mix well in just prior to cooking.
