2 tsp dried oregano -- crushed
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients and store in a sealed glass jar in a cool, dark place. Use within 3 months. Dampen meat/fish and rub mix well in just prior to cooking
