RED WINE MARINADE FOR BEEF

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp Dried thyme
1/3 cup Red wine
1/4 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
2 cl minced garlic

In measuring cup, whisk together oil, wine lemon juice, thyme, pepper and garlic. Place beef in plastic bag or shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over top; seal bag and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
